What we process
When you ask Liltora to clean a draft, the text is sent to our configured AI processing provider, currently DeepSeek, to produce the requested result. Liltora does not save the submitted draft or cleaned output in its application database.
What we keep
For quotas, reliability, and abuse prevention, we keep limited request metadata such as character count, processing time, token usage, estimated cost, and success or error state. Device and network identifiers are converted to one-way HMAC hashes before storage. Temporary quota records expire after about 35 days and request metadata after about 90 days.
Support requests
If you use the support form, the details you choose to provide are stored in Liltora's private support inbox for up to about 180 days and sent to its private Discord support channel. Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or full private drafts.
Local storage and cookies
Liltora may keep a small anonymous device identifier in your browser so daily limits can work without an account. We do not use that identifier to identify you by name. Browser extensions, hosting providers, and third-party services may set their own technical cookies under their own policies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on the public website to understand visits, page views, and broad site performance. We may measure product interactions such as loading the sample, requesting a clean, receiving a result, seeing an error, and copying a result. Analytics does not receive the drafts or cleaned text you submit to Liltora. Google may process technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, and network identifiers under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time and clear local site data from your browser. To ask about a support request or stored metadata, contact the team through Support. We may need enough information to locate a request without asking you to resend private writing.
Changes
We may update this policy as Liltora changes. The date above shows when this page was last revised. If a change materially affects how we handle submitted content, we will make the update clear on the site.
